1. Who We Are

ClearStatement ("we", "us", "our") is a bank statement analysis tool built for Indian NBFCs and lending teams. We are operated by ClearStatement Technologies, India.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — for account creation and payment verification
• Payment reference (UTR number) — for manual payment verification only
• Analysis results — stored against your account for history purposes

3. Bank Statement Data

This is our most important commitment: we do not store your uploaded bank statements or PDF files.

When you upload a statement, it is processed entirely in temporary server memory. The file is analyzed and immediately discarded. No PDF, no image, no raw transaction data is written to any database or disk.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Email: to send account credentials and payment confirmation
• Analysis results: stored so you can access past scans in your dashboard
• UTR numbers: stored only to verify your payment and activate your plan

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections. We use Supabase for secure database storage with row-level security policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate ClearStatement:

• Supabase — authentication and database
• Groq — AI processing of statement text
• Vercel — frontend hosting
• Render — backend hosting

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
